A Message from Marie-Line Thibodeau, Manager of Online and Licensee Sales:
By placing and paying for your orders through ANBL's online ordering platform during the first quarter of 2020 - 2021, you qualified for a rebate under the Licensee Rebate Program. All rebate cheques for the purchases completed during the period of March 30 and June 28 were mailed on the first week of August and the one for your establishment should have reached you by now.
In the first quarter of the program, ANBL provided 320 licensees a rebate ranging from $10 to $1,900.
At ANBL, we know the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has been difficult for our partners who operate licensed establishments. That is why, I am happy to share that, last week, it was approved by ANBL Management and the Board of Directors that we will be matching the rebate you received in Q1. Being able to support our partners during this difficult time is important to ANBL and we will continue to work with all our stakeholders as we continue to navigate during this ongoing pandemic.
Cheques for this one-time rebate match will be mailed by mid-September. If you have not received your original rebate cheque for the first quarter, please e-mail your license number and establishment name to webinfo@anbl.com and we will look into this for you as there may be an issue with the address we had on file. We wish to correct these technical matters in advance of the rebate match cheques being mailed.

The Licensee Rebate Program offers licensees a rebate on the alcohol beverage products they purchase from ANBL to sell in their restaurants, bars, etc.
What products are being included in this program?
All of ANBL’s listed products will be included in the program.
Why is ANBL introducing this rebate program to licensees?
New Brunswick has been one of a very few jurisdictions in Canada that did not offer a discount program for licensees. As part of our three-year strategic plan, we are pleased to be able to provide this to one of our most valued customer groups in response to their long-standing requests for such a program. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, licensees typically accounted for over 10% of our sales. We believe this rebate program will help to grow as well as provide support to this important industry.

The ANBL Licensee Rebate Program came into effect on March 30, 2020, the beginning of ANBL’s 2020-2021 fiscal year.

Newly setup accounts qualify for the rebate for all purchases made through ANBL within the quarter in which they start placing online orders.
How can a licensed establishment get setup for online ordering with ANBL?
A licensed establishment can request the setup for ANBL online ordering by sending a message to webinfo@anbl.com indicating 1) establishment name, 2) license number, 3) contact name, 4) phone number, 5) e-mail address, and the E-Commerce Team will be happy to assist and communicate all necessary information.
